The Importance of Relaxing

When we go about our day, and we focus on our routines, lots of us have no clue how much wear and tear it takes out of us.  The sad thing is that this is a silent killer and will put many of us in early graves if left unchecked.  Doctors are constantly cautioning us about this threat to our health.  It is no secret that they are definitely right about this.
